An Overview of Turnkey Noodles Plant
Da SanJiang has been designing and manufacturing commercial and industrial noodle machines since 1984, serving global markets in countries like India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Nigeria, the UK, Hungary, and Nepal. Our machines are built with food-grade stainless steel, incorporate advanced automation (e.g., Siemens or Omron PLC control), and cater to both small-scale and large-scale production needs. DSJ offers complete production lines and individual machines for various noodle types, including fried and non-fried instant noodles, hot-air-dried noodles, fresh noodles, as well as rice vermicelli, and stick noodles (e.g., spaghetti or Chinese guamian). We also provide maintenance, spare parts, staff training, and plant upgrade services.
We are an original machine manufacturer and builder of the turnkey noodles plant. We make the complete set of the fried ramen noodle machines, and sell directly to our customers the noodle machinery including conveyor systems, dough processing devices, dough sheet pressing roller system, noodle shredding cutter, steamer, deep fryer, hot-air-dryer and more.
-
We build turnkey plants, with the machines properly installed. We commence and complete the trial runs and train the staff to run the noodle plants. Instruction to operate each machine will be given to the operators.
-
After we sell you the assembly, we supply parts and replacement devices, carry out maintenance and repair. You can also get seasoning sachets and noodle packaging materials from us.
-
We upgrade plants with the older instant noodles plant machine to brand new modern facilities. This is a recently fininished project by Da SanJiang to have upgraded the 30 years old plant to a brand new one that make round shaped, heated-air-dried noodle blocks:
