There are three ways to re-arrange the noodle blocks that are automatically placed in the noodle trays, namely manually, pneumatically and mechanically. This video shows our shaking machine automatically re-arrangement of noodle blocks in the frying trays neatly.
This machine first prepares a wheat flour dough. And then the rough is rolled to form a continuous thin dough sheet which is cut in long length, stacked up and cut into round shaped wonton skins.
Rice, corn, bean, potato, starch, or other starch are used as the raw material to make cellophane vermicelli. Our instant rice noodle production line makes instant rice noodles that are ready to serve by adding hot water to the noodles.

The fried instant noodle machine or the non-fried instant noodle machine makes instant noodles through a series of processes: firstly, dough making by brine mixing and metering device the double mixer; secondly, noodle forming by the compound calendering in the instant noodle making machine of compound rolling and continuous rolling, noodle strip cutting; thirdly noodle cooking (in the instant noodle machine multi-layer steamer); fourthly noodle block cutting and folding (optionally noodle length cutting and cupping when cupped or bowled instant noodles are the desired final products); fifthly, frying or optionally hot-air-drying in the case of making non-fried machine; and finally the noodles are cooled in the instant noodle machine air cooling devices, and the final products are ready for conveying and packaging.

Heshan®fresh rice noodle machines automatically produce fresh rice noodle strips or rolls through a series of process shown in the flowsheet bellow. The steaming machine is the central part the the assembly of the fresh rice noodle machines, which consists of the frame, steaming pot, starch distributing pan, pulp distributing mechanism, gear box, starch pump, steam piping and diesel burner. Its features are: short operation time for well cooked rice noodle and adjustable noodle trip thickness.

This is the principal process of wet rice noodle making with versions different slightly, which are suitable to make fresh Chinese jelly noodles, hefun, cold rice noodles, etc.
One variant is the Lai rice noodle making - Firstly the rice is soaked in the soaking tanks; and then the rice is sent to the rice noodle machine miller to prepare a rice slurry; thirdly, the slurry is extruded from the self-heated lai rice noodle machine extruder to form round shaped lai rice noodles; finally the lai noodles are cooked in a steamer, quenched in cold water after steaming and the lai noodles are ready for packaging.
